What's Included:
Three Personal Consultations including a Venue Site Visit: Let’s get into the details and walk the space where it will all take place! These consultations give us a chance to discuss any concerns you have and ensure that I know everything there is to know about your wedding day.
Vendor Communication Take Over: You don’t have to talk to another vendor - unless you want to! I will handle all their questions, confirm their arrival times and services to be performed, and will make sure everyone knows where they need to go on wedding day.
Planning Portal: Tired of feeling like all your planning documents are a scattered mess? With Wedding Management, you get your own portal to keep all planning documents and contracts in one place.
Personalized Timeline and Layout Creation: Based on your input I will craft a timeline and layout that will make each element of your wedding flow right into the next.
Coordinate the Rehearsal, Ceremony, and Reception: No need to worry; I will know your wedding day details inside and out to ensure a relaxing day. We will work out all the ceremony jitters during rehearsal the day before your wedding. Then on wedding day I will handle everything ensuring you do not have to do anything. I will be on site as long as necessary; you get my undivided attention the entire day.
Oversee Setup and Breakdown: Me and my team will ensure that your wedding is looking absolutely beautiful! We will make sure everything is set up just the way you envisioned it and at the end of the night we'll tear it all down and return the venue back to the way we found it. (No additional venue fees for you!)
A Professional: Good News! I have done this before. When you book Grace Events you are booking me and my expertise. You get unlimited access to me, my organizational brain, and my experience. I will be your contact the entire time and be the leader your wedding day needs.
How it works:
1.
Upon booking—
you will receive a “welcome email” and access to the planning portal so as you move through planning you can keep all your documents in one central location.
2.
Two months before the wedding—
I will reach out to you to begin gathering all your wedding day details via worksheets and get our site visit scheduled.
From this point on you have unlimited access to me; I will guide you in the remaining months to make sure nothing has been forgotten.
3.
When your wedding day arrives—
you will be able to relax and enjoy knowing that I have everything under control.
